THE WORST PLACE EVER
Former Tenant
Pros:
Spacious Rooms 2 bathrooms Multiple closets
Cons:
When my family first moved here in 2013, there was no gas in the building until they evicted us in 2017. Yes read that again, no gas from the time we moved in to the time they evicted us out. We went to court to fight the eviction and mentioned how we stopped paying rent because of the negligence of the owners to get gas for their tenets. And of course we lost because of the horrible housing court system we New Yorkers have, especially for people of color. PLEASE AVOID THIS BUILDING AT ALL COST. THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY.
There were people who always were at our steps smoking weed and nothing was done about it.
The landlord and some of his goons stole several items from my house once the eviction notice went up.
Advice to owner:
DO BETTER, KARMA IS REAL
