Not worth staying
Pros
Water temp and pressure is probably the best.
Cons
Landlords do not care about any issue you bring to their attention. Tenants have substance abuse and mental health issues are loud, building unkept, garbage is piled in the basement, nothing has been changed in YEARS unless a new person is moving. Cheap and quick fixes if any. Landlords harass for rent but never address concerns. Heat is very inconsistent due to the drafts throughout the apartment
Advice to the owners
Be attentive to your tenants who actually pay rent.
