Bug Infested Nightmare
Former Tenant
Pros:
I wish I could think of any.
Cons:
The unit was infested with bird mites, and the landlord refused to fully eradicate the problem. He sent several exterminators who were extremely unprofessional, lied about their qualifications, and avoided fixing the problems at all costs. The infestation was present throughout our entire time there, and we had to move out because of it. Not only was there bird mites, but there were roaches and rats as well. On top of all of this, the appliances constantly broke and the landlord would take weeks to fix them. He was blatantly misogynistic and awful to deal with. He’s the classic sleazy landlord, who literally breaks the law in order to save a few bucks.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of the fucking bugs.
