No Pros anymore . 2324 used to be the best building on the block. Lived there for over twenty years .
Cons:
The superintendent wife is disrespectful and disgusting. The super Ralph is okay sometimes . He will get the job done if needed. However the building is unsanitary . Hallways , lobby and entrance needs to be swept and mop . Unsafe -No surveillance camera . No heat during winter .
