Former Tenant
Pros:
Elevator access was great and there's a basement access for people who are disabled.
Cons:
HIGH RENT. can't have a washer or dryer and had to access the laundry through the basement across the building so it was a lot of walking. management doesn't really fix anything and also the high rent. for 2 bedrooms.
Advice to owner:
lower the rent
