The most disgusting building I live in.
Former Tenant
Pros:
There is nothing I like about this building.
Cons:
This building is dirty. The super never cleans therefore creating an abundance of roach infestation. The landlord claims the super cleans 3 times a week however this is not true. The floors are so dirty you can hear the stickness on your shoes when you walk. The super keeps cats in the basement that has had about 5 litter of kittens already. Even during this unprecedented times it is disgusting to live in here. The loitering in front of the building is out of control. I suggested to the landlord to look into an online rent payment system and have not heard anything. Especially during this time of COVID, contactless payment is better. Landlord did not implement sanitation measures during COVID-19 and he did not offer payment options during COVID-19.
Advice to owner:
Replace your super or have the current super clean on a daily basis. Create an online rent payment system.
