Crappy neighbors & superintendent

Pros:
Good location, quiet area
Cons:
Water pressure, dirty stairs, dead roaches in the lobby, cobwebs in lobby, lack of consistent cold/hot water, neighbors accuse you of smoking weed or cigarettes
Advice to owner:
Take care of the damn building!!

Cons:
Loud music and a very difficult specific tenet who participates in unhealthy activities and causes disruption.
Advice to owner:
Tend to your tenets needs and enforce building policy or else deal with serious consequences. It will add value to the building and make it more safe.
