Overall good with some bad

Pros:
The residents of this building are very nice. They have went out of their way to make me feel welcomed. Some of them have lived here for a very long time. The management is generally pretty responsive to complaints and issues, and when you need help but there are instances in which they can do better. They also accept vouchers and there is an elevator and a laundry room.
Cons:
LACK OF ADEQUATE HEATINGGGG !!! Winters in my apartment in this building were UNBEARABLE !!!
Advice to owner:
please fix the heating issue ! it's awful !
