    needs new super
    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    close to the subway
    Cons:
    the super is the most laziest person ever. does nothing for the people that lives there. doesnt clean, whenever theres a problem she either doesn’t answer, or tells you “if you dont like it you can leave”. Theres barely even heat.
    Advice to owner:
    needs a new super ASAP
