    Pros:
    Apartment was bigger than we had seen in other places but the headache wasn’t worth it
    Cons:
    Glad to be gone from there. The super was awful we asked and asked him to repair things and there was always an excuse to put it off. We asked him address the noise issue ( others had the same issue ) and management also did nothing to address the issue. That seems to be a big issue in this place the noise. Factor why we moved.

    You have a communication issue, which is you don’t

    Close to the train
    Cons:
    Noise is an issue, management company doesn’t listen when you tell them about it. They don’t email back but they will be quick to let you know when they need something done because it will cost them money. Building is dirtier than usually neighborhoods is going down.
