Noise is an issue, nothing is done
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean, lots of cameras. Amazon lockers.
Cons:
The noise is an issue. The management nor the landlord enforce the carper/ rug section of the rental lease. It almost seems like they are scared if people here. My upstairs neighbor makes so much noise and slams things around. It’s a constant issue, my dog gets scared and barks.. We are not gonna renew the lease. My husband and I are done with the noise. We want to have a baby and this isn’t ideal. Other neighbors have told me and my husband the same the noise here is unreal and landlord doesn’t do anything about it. Zero accountability.
Advice to owner:
Enforcer your own rental agreements when it comes to noise

It’s nice for the location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is very clean. Doorman is available. The super is very helpful and available. Camera security
Cons:
Parking sucks and you’ll have to get on a long waitlist. Some updates need to be made in the apartments like the closet doors
Advice to owner:
Not as of yet.

Long time tenant. This place used to be great. Not anymore
Former Tenant
Pros:
Near the train. Place is kept decent by custodian.
Cons:
Cons: area has changed. Owners no longer care. They don’t listen to the tenants. Noise control doesn’t exists people make noise at all hours of the night . Place has downhill.
Advice to owner:
What’s the point you all don’t listen and what’s why the building has these issues. People are rude inconsiderate.

Pest control and noisy
Former Tenant
Pros:
The guy who cleans keeps the place clean.
Cons:
The pest control here is a problem. I was walking my dog and saw three huge rats run into the garbage. It’s a usual sight around here. Also to be honest the noise is always an issue and I do hear other tenants complain about it as well. I didn’t know it bad until the tenant meeting. I assumed I was the only one with the problem.
Advice to owner:
They don’t be listening that’s the problem

Noise noise noise noise they do nothing!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Your packages are not stolen
Cons:
Noise Noise Noise Noise and nothing is done about it. My wife and I have called Management to ask if they can speak to the people upstairs about the noise and he says there is nothing he can do. I have a 1 year old and the noise keeps her awake at night and she cries at night because she is scared of the banging. My elderly neighbor has also asked that the noise be addressed and nothing has been done. I have spoken with others in the building and they have the same issue with the landlord and superintendent. Quality of life here is terrible. We pay rent to live in constant noise. New people move in and no consideration for anyone. If you see a vacant apartment keep looking!
