So much to say not enough space

Pros:
Responsive Landlord & new security cameras
Cons:
Incompetent super, rodents/bugs, garbage disposals smell horrible
Advice to owner:
Get yourself a super that’s responsive & knows what they are doing.

this building is infested and nothing is being done super dont do anything

Pros:
the neighbors are friendly and there no hangout and building is safe
Cons:
the apartments are infested with roaches no matter how many times you let inspector in the problems is worst we getting no help inside the apartment
Advice to owner:
you need to help your tenants with the infestation of roaches and bugs is horrible

Pros:
For the most part the tenants are ok management can be ok depending on whom you speak with and when
Cons:
The management office is rude and unprofessional depending on whom you speak to and when the super needs help with the work orders does sloppy work and the building manager only comes to collect rent he never oversee the supers work
Advice to owner:
Get help for the super and be more professional and respectful to the tenants and their concerns
