Good building in the Bronx
Former Tenant
Pros:
Units are big and there’s lots of light. Super and his family live in the building and they are very responsive.
Cons:
Landlord and management company went through changes and it was difficult to get big things fixed, like a window replaced and tile work. Common areas like stairs get cleaned once a week and usually people don’t pick up after themselves.
