Don’t….Just Don’t
Former Tenant
Pros:
Some parts of the neighborhood. Ease of transportation.
Cons:
Too many apartments.
Advice to owner:
Treat people with respect, not as money makers

Good building in the Bronx
Former Tenant
Pros:
Units are big and there’s lots of light. Super and his family live in the building and they are very responsive.
Cons:
Landlord and management company went through changes and it was difficult to get big things fixed, like a window replaced and tile work. Common areas like stairs get cleaned once a week and usually people don’t pick up after themselves.

Former Tenant
Pros:
New appliances, modern renovations
Cons:
No laundry, walkup, lack of heat
Advice to owner:
Heat for winter months
