Horrible living space
Former Tenant
Pros:
Has the elevator ( doesn’t always work all the time) tenants tend to hold it on their floor. 
Cons:
The building is dirty, people throw their garbage in the hallways. Tenants hold elevator (when it works). Landlord doesn’t care that things don’t work. The super will only fix things if paid under the table. Apartments that are government assistant tend to take longer to fix, if it gets fixed at all. Loud neighbors. Some of the tenants think that it’s OK to have parties in their apartment till 3-5 am in the morning disregarding other tenants around them. Loud children screaming and running in the hallways as well as stomping around in their apartments.  The building is infested with mice and roaches regardless of how clean you are. Sometimes you find human feces in corners of the building as well as peeing in the elevator. The mailman throws your mail in different mailboxes.  buzzer does not work to allow entrance into the building
Advice to owner:
Fix the building quicker you piece of shit....as well as the apartments, screen the tenets ,clean the building
