Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews of 1235 Morrison Avenue reveal significant issues with building cleanliness, pest control, and maintenance responsiveness. Many tenants report persistent pest problems and unpleasant odors throughout common areas, alongside inconsistent upkeep. Residents often experience delays or lack of repairs, especially concerning heating and water pressure. Garbage management receives mixed feedback, with some appreciating organized pickup amid general discontent. Noise levels and neighbor relations vary but tend to lean negative. Overall, these insights suggest management has been slow to address critical maintenance and cleanliness concerns, detracting from the living experience and prompting many renters to advise urgent improvements in staffing and building care.

Needs to do way better
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quiet at times
Cons:
Building always smells like cat pee. When the building is being mopped it’s smells like dirty mop water. When something needs to be fixed in the apartment they never come when they say they are but quick to collect rent. Si e been with a water leak for over a month the super knows and I haven’t seen him in weeks he always on vacation as he says.
Advice to owner:
Hire new people to get the job done

Poor management .
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nothing at all
Cons:
Pest no matter how much you clean your apartment. Landlord is quick to take you to court but never can have someone fix anything in your apartment. Always smells and is very dirty on one side. I went to check the other side very clean it’s like they know who to put on which side it’s disgusting
Advice to owner:
Fix up your building it’s disgusting
