Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews of 1268 Olmstead Avenue highlight spacious apartments with large rooms and ample sunlight as key benefits. The building is conveniently located near transportation, and the porter is praised for efforts to maintain cleanliness. However, tenants report persistent issues with frequent elevator breakdowns, poor owner responsiveness, and inadequate repairs. Noise levels are notably high, with complaints about unsanitary behavior and undesirable residents affecting the community atmosphere. Pest control and water pressure are also concerns for many. While some renters recommend the building for its size and location, management's slow communication and high rent relative to apartment quality remain significant drawbacks.
