A SUBSTANDARD SUPER AND A NO STANDARD OWNER

Pros:
The building had great potentail and in the past 2 years have fallen into disrepair with a super who is high and absent
Cons:
super is a druggie and bring druggies to squart while super is off property
in 2 years we now have rats from poor cleaning practices and no repairs as the super is not cablable of any repair due to being high at all times
Advice to owner:
You took a good building that needed some repairs due to age and let it crumble to the ground You were aware as multiple letters and picturtes where mailed and texted and emailed to you and all was disregarded
