Just the honest truth
Former Tenant
Pros:
I’ve been able to make my apartment my own. The sunrise is beautiful. I have 3 different neighbors on my level that are pretty amazing.
Cons:
The Roaches and loitering and overall dirtiness of elevator and building public areas. However, the building manager is the absolute worst part of living here. If you need something done, do it yourself. This isn’t a vendetta post to minimize a gap of injustice… this is a post about facts and the people who manage this building genuinely do not care about anything aside from getting paid. It’s absurd! They get over on many people here who do not speak English. I have to be educated, aggressive & assertive for David or anyone on his team to care about my needs (leaks, toilet issues, heat, electrical… you name it).
Advice to owner:
Find a new job. Do what you’re good at. Remember when we locked into a lease by signing it and the you called me to say it’s voided because you wrote the wrong rent amount? You’re not good at what you do. On many levels, I’m very disappointed with you.
