Management is horrible.
Former Tenant
Pros:
The holiday decorations and flowers in the courtyard are nice.
Cons:
The buildings in this complex are old and require a lot of maintenance, however, management is not responsive at all. There are also issues with water temperature that is always either too hot or too cold, peeling paint and mold in the bathroom, not to mention the pests. . .
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to your paying tenants who deserve better!
