Not So Majestic

Pros:
close to work and school relatively safe neighborhood
Cons:
always has a nasty smell super is extremely rude and condescending. our mail key was withheld for almost our entire first year because we were deemed irritating and had “too many issues.” we also had a borderline roach infestation and no exterminator was sent. monthly service was offered once but we ended up taking care of the issue ourselves.

Cons:
constant construction, loud drilling, water and heat shut off for extended periods of time. took 1 yr to get my security deposit back.
