    Low budget maintenance for a high price

    Pros:
    My Apt is newly renovated.
    Cons:
    No insulation between apartments. Can hear every step of upstairs neighbor. Very disturbing.
    Advice to owner:
    Be more responsive via email. Don’t be lazy when renovating. Cleaning should happen more often (DAILY). Why am I seeing the same litter , smudges or dust for several days straight?
