Pros:
very quiet building with 17 apartments and great location for public transport commuters.
Cons:
the building is old, landlord doesn't fix much and when he does it takes a while. he sends workers to do patch work or horrible jobs.
Advice to owner:
stop charging so much for 1 bd rms and invest in the building. it needs major work done
