Landlord doesn’t like tenant to do anything

Pros:
The neighborhood is good. There is schools near by and supermarket the essential. Close to trains aswell about 10 min walk
Cons:
The landlord is always in your business. Everything bothers him if you have kids he doesn’t even like them looking out the window. The landlord doesn’t like tenants having visitors, listening to music, does not put on heat. Also, the landlord wants extra money does anything in his power to get extra money . The landlord only accepts payment in cash and gives no receipt to back you up that you are really paying rent. This is not good because if he wants to evict you what proof do you have you’ve paid him such amount just be careful. Lastly he does his own repairs without having the knowledge to do so because he is too cheap to actually have repairs made.
Advice to owner:
My advise to the landlord you need to humble yourself more and stop being a bad landlord. If your tenants are paying and not bothering you leave their personal life alone. Or simply don’t be a landlord if you cannot accept all the responsibilities that come with the job. You can’t always have your cake and eat them too while your tenants are suffering. At this point you are being ignored but you can’t keep harassing your tenants there are laws and you must keep them as for the landlord aswell as the tenant. Even with the pandemic your still getting paid but yet still complaining.
