Run Away Fast!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
The apartments are spacious, and you have access to storage units.
Cons:
This place feels like a horror movie: - the old management used to screen the new tenants; now, they let anyone in the building. People blast music all night long and show a lack of respect. - the new tenants let their kids run all over the building and liter. No one really picks up after them. This attracts rodents to the buildings, and now you might see rats; there are roaches and mice in the building and other pests. - the new management and newer super really don’t do anything - they rarely answer the phone. - the building doesn't clean out the garbage rooms daily, OR they pick and choose which garbage they want to take out. I.e., if you throw out a television, it might be in there for weeks. - the building is filthy as no one cleans the staircases, laundry room, or elsewhere - honestly, I can go on and on — this place is not worth the rent or headache
Advice to owner:
Do better! Stop letting anyone move in the building, keep it clean, and be better individuals.

slum lords
Former Tenant
Pros:
There is always parking on the block of the building and they have a parking lot.
Cons:
Management takes forever to fix repairs.
Constant links in apartment.
Rat infested.
The machines in laundry mat are always broken.
Use to have a security guard and with this new management team we now do not.
incinerator is always packed with garbage and clean sporadically.
Advice to owner:
Stop treating your tenants like animals. Treat your tenants like human beings.
