A lovely building
Former Tenant
Pros:
The live-in super is a great guy, he’s very attentive, friendly and responsive to issues.
Building is clean, and mainly quiet excluding the occasional party. Friendly long term neighbors may even offer you an invite to join or even a plate of food from the party !
The location is up and coming as there’s new developments everywhere.
Cons:
The boilers act up so we have the occasional heating issue. Parking is often difficult for the area between homeowners/ buildings and Yankees games.
