    Pros:
    Nothing everything’s bad
    Cons:
    They never respond, nothing works, and is very insecure the building
    Advice to owner:
    The fact that we are low income people doesn’t mean that we do not matter, you should be more considerate and pay attention when we try to report something or try to contact management.
