The apartment is beautiful, the rent is reasonable it also has awesome air conditioning and heat that you can control it yourself.
Cons:
To much hanging out in front of the building and making noise at all type of hours as if they don’t work I can hear them clearly , you can smell the smoke of the cigarettes and weed coming up to the window. There are kids running in the hallways being loud , The elevator and hallway be dirty with garbage because some of the tenants here have no consideration and don’t know how to pick up after themselves , the main entrance door is always broken can’t feel safe in your own building because the people in the building are savages. The incinerator is always dirty and back up from all the garbage that it comes out to the hallway because these lazy people can put the garbage right or in it’s correct place. And now there are roaches everywhere it’s just nasty some of this tenants are just nasty and inconsiderate , Can’t have packages delivered to your home without worrying about someone stealing it.
Advice to owner:
Think they should be more strict and hold people accountable for there actions review the cameras more , it’s a good building , the neighborhood not so good and I know the workers try there best to keep this building clean and in one piece. Some of these tenants are just selfish and very inconsiderate and dirty.

Cons:
Repairs are not done properly , management is ghetto and nasty , neighbors some are good some aren’t building is dirty , garbage room is nasty , they are unprofessional with the memos . Porters are anti social and don’t help . Laundry room horrible !!
Advice to owner:
Hold people responsible, take care of your buildings , send out monthly surveys for help on how and what to improve.
