Decent building, would recommend overall

Pros:
The building overall is nice, maybe a little expensive but the units are larger than any others in the area. There have been issues with tenants and properly disposing of the trash but the maintenance crew is pretty good and seems like they clean up the trash areas twice a day. Maintenance crew is quite responsive, but don't necessarily always solve the problem that you are asking for. Roof area is nice when they don't have a party going on, but have seemed to get this mostly under control now. Gym is often pretty nice and empty but people don't take care of their mess, but maintenance is normally pretty good at cleaning things up. Area around the building is a little loud with the highway right next door but windows are pretty good to block out noise.
Cons:
Double and triple parking in front of the building is annoying which often leads to people honking. The built-in air-conditioners have drafts under them, letting in/out air, noise, and smells. They are still trying to figure out building management and systematic things take some time to get fixed. The algorithm for the elevators is strange, making them slow sometimes. While maintenance is responsive, many of the neighbors do not properly take care of their trash and recycling properly, leaving it in front of the trash shoot or throwing food waste in recycling bins.
Advice to owner:
Keep reminding neighbors to be good neighbors and clean up after themselves and start to enforce it will all the cameras that you have around the building.

Pros:
inside the apartments are nice and you will find some nice people who live here, the staff are always friendly
Cons:
Most of the gym equipment is broken and people are always letting random people into the gym, the hallways always smell terrible and the carpets everywhere are filthy, there have been a few fights in the lobby where a knife was pulled, a massive drug bust in the building, very large raging parties on the roof all through the night while being left with food and vomit all over the place afterwards, multiple leaks all through the building and so much more. This building is marketed as luxury but it is not worth the high price tag!
