Upon move-in on Aug 2024 until April 2025: No consistent hot water (sometimes it’s brown), frequent outages, unsafe wiring, broken appliances, which lasted until April 2025.
To date: Security lapses, unauthorized people in the building, promised amenities never delivered, fobs deactivated without reason, and most importantly no communication from management. They are misleading and nonexistent.
Advice to owner:
Replace management, fix safety issues, honor promises, and treat tenants with basic respect.
