Upon move-in on Aug 2024 until April 2025: No consistent hot water (sometimes it’s brown), frequent outages, unsafe wiring, broken appliances, which lasted until April 2025. To date: Security lapses, unauthorized people in the building, promised amenities never delivered, fobs deactivated without reason, and most importantly no communication from management. They are misleading and nonexistent.

Replace management, fix safety issues, honor promises, and treat tenants with basic respect.
