Pros
quiet, barely see other residents, super is very responsive.
Cons
super is not the most adept at many fixes that felt relatively simple for a super's skillset. Greystar raised rent by a lot due to fees they selectively decided to not apply our first year in what felt like an effort to dupe us into the building (rent stabilized) and then take advantage of moving costs to get us to stay at a much higher price. While we were able to negotiate, in the end, their price was still too high compared to other, more amenitized, comps in the area.
