Fantastic location, quiet area, good neighbors, roaches exist

Pros

Super close to High St (AC) Doormen are nice and help you out Apartment has a resident dog walker, and very pet friendly

Cons

You have to call a contractor yourself to install your own AC Pre-war heating, so it doesn't stop running. You have to open your window First floor has a roach problem. Had one almost every day/every other day. Pest control is useless.

Advice to the owners

If at all possible, replace the central heating. Also, protect the building against roaches.

Great area/apartment with some pest issues, and occasionally no cell service

Pros

Great doormen! They'll look out for you. Fantastic location right next to the AC High st station, plus many others 15 min walk from BBP

Cons

Roaches roam into the apartments, especially on first floor Some apartments don't have cell service Uses an old pre-war radiator, so without an AC, apartment gets really hot even in winter The pest treatment guys just spray some stuff around the apartment. Not really much of a treatment.
