Review Summary for 136 Hicks Street
Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on openigloo.
Recent reviews for 136 Hicks Street highlight its excellent location, spacious apartments, and friendly neighbors as major benefits. Residents appreciate elevator access and in-building laundry facilities. However, persistent pest issues, especially roaches, and inconsistent cleanliness of common areas are common concerns. Many tenants report unresponsive management and superintendents, leading to delayed maintenance and unresolved building problems like occasional broken elevators and water interruptions. Noise levels vary, but some find the building quiet. Overall, while the building offers attractive living spaces and convenient amenities, improvements in pest control, management responsiveness, and building upkeep are needed to enhance tenant satisfaction.
