    Enjoyed the year I lived here

    Pros:
    Loved the kind doormen and historic feel of the building! You can't beat the location either. Overall did not have a lot of issues during the year I lived here.
    Cons:
    The heat in the winter could get very hot so I would open the windows even when it was below freezing.
