    Really great apartments, beautiful stained glass windows

    Clean hallways + safe mail room
    Cons:
    This is a condo building, so your landlord is an individual (pros and cons) and rent can increase by any amount. high pet fees

    Clean, safe, secure, consistent, reliable and comfortable.
    Cons:
    The courtyard, while lovely, is totally underutilized! No bike parking allowed, no sitting in it and talking without getting side eyed, too many passive aggressive signs make it an unwelcoming space.
    Advice to owner:
    Relax with the courtyard. Let there be bike parking, put a bench there for residents to relax on.
