Laundry in unit that mostly works

Cons

Lead pipes! POS management company. Provided heat when we signed but now each unit pays to heat via mini split. They do not heat the basement or hallway so monthly cost to still be cold is over $600 a month. Garbage is always over flowing. Neighbors who own judge us for companies lack of care.

Beautiful neighborhood, nice neighbors.

Cons

Throughout the winter, heat and hot water goes out ALL THE TIME for most of the day. Management refuses to provide any compensation despite regularly violating NYC tenant law. You can’t actually escalate issues to management. Also - cockroaches that don’t go away!
