Charming place, wish management cared about it.
Pros
Good amount of natural light, cute brick accents, amazing area, barely any neighbors, new super is very nice and responsive.
Cons
The whole place is slanted, the roof was very poorly built so we dealt with major leaks. Bugs would crawl through the skylight. Rodent issues and weird smells. Management is based in Florida so their amount of care is minimal and they get very sassy with every complaint.
Advice to the owners
Replace the roof and work with engineers to fix the major issues. Practice better communication and don’t take things so personally.
