Amazing apartment but horrible landlord
Former Tenant
Pros:
The building itself nothing to complain about. The central AC and heat worked well. Water pressure did as well. Someone came and cleaned nearly every week and took care of the garbage in the front as well.
Cons:
The property owner. They do not care about any of your concerns and will do their best to not answer you or help you in any way shape or form. Electricity never worked on the patio they continuously ignored our requests to fix it. A leak that damaged much of my clothes, slapped a bandaid on it and did nothing. Increase rent year over year. 3 and a half months and still no security deposit returned despite near flawless condition left. Ignored emails and ignored phone calls. The list goes on
Advice to owner:
Either get your shit together or hire a new property manager, Etty may be the worst worker I’ve ever dealt with in any field.
