Horribly Maintained Building

Pros

The building is located on a quiet street.

Cons

By far the worst maintained building. It’s infested with cockroaches and mice. It takes days of calling maintenance 5-6x a day to get anything done. The hallways are never clean. Water has been turned off three times without notice in the morning when people need it most. Do not live here this place is truly horrible.
