    Apartments are fine

    Pros:
    Apartments are basic but charming with brick accents. Courtyard is well-maintained. Location is close to the R train. Most neighbors were very friendly.
    Cons:
    Hallways usually smelled musty. We had some noisy neighbors but it's a large building so it could be different.

    Pros:
    Love the location and courtyard, and the apartment got a ton of sunlight
    Cons:
    Building isn’t very well maintained. We had tons of roaches bursting out of every crevice and some mice. There were also constant issues with the pipes. Went a lot of days without hot water and our neighbor’s bathroom ceiling caved in from water damage.
    Advice to owner:
    The building is just in such bad shape. Not sure if it can be saved, at least with the way it is now. Needs a full gut renovation to be habitable.
