Renters approve of the building's owners
the apartments were brand new and very clean. also very close to 36th st stop
Management was sloppy and did not pay their bills. getting security deposits back was difficult
Plenty of natural light. Clean environment
Had an issue with a leak when it rained but management was relatively responsive.
