    Broken heat

    Pros:
    The only good thing about living in this building was that I met someone I ended up moving out of it with.
    Cons:
    Several bedrooms in this building do not have working heat, including the one I lived in. The landlord ignored my emails for months and only called me when I stopped paying rent - to threaten me and my roommates. I ended up paying him and moving out just so I wouldn’t have to deal with it anymore.
    Advice to owner:
    Stop ignoring your tenants and fix the heat like a decent human being.
