Horrible landlord and super
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building hallways are clean
Cons:
Super is a drunk pervert. Landlord is another pervert who gives his tenants hell if they do not adhere to his advances.. they go into your apt without you being there even when they don’t have to fix anything
Advice to owner:
Fire your drunk super and stop being a pervert who cheats on his wife..

Worse building to live in
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building hallways were always clean
Cons:
The super is always drunk. Tenants have to leave their garbage in their apts for a week sometimes because they hide the garbage cans. They have broken the locks in my door apt door while i was at work just so they can change the locks themselves and have a key to gain access to my apt when i am not there. The entry doors to the apts are more like closet doors and easy to break into. I’ve come home to find liqour missing from my home. The landlord always takes the side of the super and is mean to his tenants.. he’s thrown tenants out for the simple reason the super complains about them which in reality he hits on the single women in the building when he is drunk and if we reject his advances we become targets.. Living there was starting to get really scary and i felt unsafe living in that building with my child.
Advice to owner:
Get rid of your super who is a drunk creepy pervert and allow your tenants to be able to have access to the garbage pails instead of having them keep their garbage for a week at a time in their homes.. this creates bugs and mice.. be kinder to your tenants and help them feel safe in their homes. The apt entry doors are more like closet doors and anyone can break into any of the apts.
