- close to trains
- safe neighborhood
-herringbone floors
Cons:
- noise coming from a specific unit , they are always yelling, fighting, stomping,you can hear them from the 2nd floor when you’re coming up. it can be 9AM and they are already yelling. it can be 11PM and they are yelling and making a lot of noise. that is why I moved out and the previous tenant did too.
- rats on the streets
- unexpected late fee charges
- heat didn’t work sometimes
- delivery ppl outside building smoking and drinking

Over all very good experience. Was quiet and clean. Got locked in my apartment once, super came within the hour to help.

Had a mouse or two.
