Nice and expensive

Pros:
The Sterling was a match for me because I like newer minimalist spaces. The location is fantastic!
Cons:
Getting assistance from management is hit or miss. The turnover seems high, as if they find it easier to just have people move in and out. Probably less expensive than to fix things. It’s too bad, could be a great place.
Advice to owner:
Support your property manager to assist tenants. Don’t be cheap.

overpriced and underresponsive

Pros:
it was quiet, stays very cool in the summer. I like that it was fully electrified.
Cons:
garbage area was always a mess and overflowing with trash and boxes. seems to be some plumbing issues/leaks throughout the building and my ceiling leaked from the tenant above me's bathroom. they raised the rent by more than 10% after i moved out.
