Location and size. That's it.
Owners are corporate and they couldn't care less about the tenants. We had a mice infestation which they did nothing about. Then they sold the building without even telling us it was for sale, and asked us to vacate because the new owners were going to do gut renovations. No payments nothing. They own many other buildings in the area so beware!
