very below market rent and reasonable care of the building accordingly, very responsive to emergencies.
could have been kept a little cleaner, electrics are spotty, lots of brown outs/flickers etc
nothing really- overhauling the electrics is probably expensive. maybe bring the cleaner in for the common areas more often
