Review summary

Summarized from anonymous rental reviews on Openigloo.

Recent reviews of 304 10 Street, Brooklyn highlight its prime location and generally clean common areas with good garbage management. Tenants appreciate a responsive super and some renovations that bring sunlight and bike storage options. However, pest control remains a significant issue with frequent reports of roaches and occasional mice. Heating is another common complaint, described as unpredictable or uncomfortable. Appliances and unit finishes are often considered cheap and prone to issues. Owner and management responsiveness receive mixed feedback, with some difficulty reaching management by phone. Neighbor quality and noise levels vary by unit. Overall, it suits those prioritizing location but may require tolerance for maintenance and pest challenges.
