Great affordable housing building

Pros

I won the housing lottery and got a one bedroom here. I have really enjoyed living in this building. The maintenance staff is very friendly and responsive. The apartment is nice, and everything was brand new when I moved in. It's in a great location too.

Cons

Neighbors can be a bit disruptive sometimes, and noise can be an issue every once in a while. There is also an ongoing issue with AC that is only turned on on June 1, which makes it unbearably hot in the units during April-May.

Listen to the complaints of residents about the AC please.
