Old building=poor insulation, took 3 months to fix heat, no AC, history of raccoons/squirrels in walls

Raccoons in the walls

Cons
We had raccoons living in the wall for weeks before management took action. It was unlivable since we couldn’t sleep at night and we were basically told we were overreacting when we didn’t want to wait weeks for them to deal with it. The heat was unreliable and dangerous, as there were elderly neighbors in the building.
