Don't bother there are better options in the neighborhood.

The tenants are all very nice people, helpful and friendly.
Cons:
The owners and management are not responsive to problems.
Advice to owner:
Be more sensitive to the fact that these apartments are our homes, not just a transitional place to live before moving on to the next thing.
