    Great location, terrible management

    Pros:
    - great location in an amazing neighborhood (right across from Prospect Park and the library)
    - laundry in the building
    Cons:
    - Truly horrible management.
    - Inconsistent heating in the winter
    - The common spaces are often filthy (especially the staircases and laundry room)
    - There are frequent issues with the front doors latching, leading to chronic package theft
    - Technically a coop building (though almost all units seem to be owned by the management company), so they are not subject to good cause laws that prevent unreasonable rent hikes. They raise the rent by completely unreasonable amounts and do not do a very good job managing the building.
    - They do not comply with the new trash or compost laws
    - There is no live-in super
    Advice to owner:
    I'm sure they do not care about my advice. I'm sure they are happy to keep raising the rent to "meet the market" and find new tenants to gouge

    Great location but almost not worth it

    Pros:
    The location is ideal and the layout of the studio is nice.
    Cons:
    The building's common areas, including the lobby, laundry room, elevator, and stairwell are constantly filthy. Pine Management does not care about its tenants in the slightest and is very difficult to work with.
    Advice to owner:
    Do better!
